ACA Announces 2026 National Chiropractic Health Month Theme: “Joint Efforts”

The American Chiropractic Association has announced “Joint Efforts” as the theme forNational Chiropractic Health Month 2026, highlighting the importance of joint health, movement, and function.

Every day, our joints help us move through life, from everyday tasks to workouts, work, play, and everything in between. But as we age, joints can become more prone to injury, stiffness, wear and tear, and pain that impacts how we function.

This October, chiropractors across the country will use National Chiropractic Health Month to raise awareness about joint health, injury prevention, and the role chiropractic care can play in helping people move better and feel better.

The campaign also emphasizes chiropractic’s evidence-based, non-drug approach to managing joint pain, improving mobility, and supporting overall wellness.

This year’s campaign may be about joint health, but the bigger message is right there in the name. It is going to take a joint effort to advance this profession. At ChiroJunky, we believe collaboration and organization are what chiropractic needs right now. We are not here for division. We are here for equity, visibility, and making sure more communities are included in the future of this profession.

So yes, we like the theme. It gives us a chance to talk about joint health, but it also gives us a chance to talk about how chiropractors can work together to move the profession forward.

Let us know what y’all think in the comments. Do you like the theme, and how do you plan on participating this October?
